All children participating in the parade will line up on Saturday, 9/11, at 10 a.m. - on the East side of the Courthouse near the steps. Have children dressed as their favorite doll or dressed looking like their pet. Or have them dress in a costume, carrying their favorite doll or walking their dog, pulling a kitty in a wagon. We're encouraging everyone to come to The Square dressed in their Hawkeye or Cyclone attire, so maybe you want to dress your kids and pets that way. Be creative!! This parade is for fun only. There won't be a winner or runner up.

The Kiwanis Club will be honoring the Fire and Police Departments at 9:11 a.m. that morning, out of respect for what our Country experienced on 9/11/01. Please attend to add your enthusiasm!!

Kiwanis will also be raffling some awesome Iowa and Iowa State items.
